Dinner Plan: Pricing and Services
(Available Weekly, Every Second Week, or Monthly)
Each dinner consists of an entrée with two side dishes.
The service fee includes: A free client assessment, personalized recipe research and menu development, same-day grocery shopping to ensure the freshest ingredients possible (cost of groceries extra), travel time to and from your home, meal preparation in your home, packaging, labeling and storing of meals, heating and serving instructions, kitchen clean up.

Containers
Depending on your needs, I can package your food in disposable or reusable containers. This will be discussed during your Client Assessment. There is a one-time start-up fee of $50 for the purchase of quality re-useable food storage containers, such as Pyrex, Corning, Rubbermaid, etc. Should you prefer disposable containers an additional container charge will be added to each cook date. The containers will belong to you.
Payment
It is customary to pay for the service in advance of your cook date (cash or check). If you prefer I will collect a check for the personal chef service in addition to a to-be-determined grocery deposit and the container fee (if necessary) on the day we do the assessment. The balance of the grocery bill will be invoiced after the cook date. There is no need to sign a long-term contract and you can use my services as often as you like.
Sample Dishes
One of the greatest benefits of a personal chef is that you can eat the foods you enjoy. A custom-designed menu is developed for each client. If you have a favorite family recipe or a list of favorite dishes, Personal Chef Pierre will be happy to cook it for you. The important thing is that you eat what you enjoy. Entrées will be served with appropriate side dishes. The following menu items are examples of entrée dishes available that are served with appropriate sides.
Braciole
Rolled flank steak stuffed with a filling of mozzarella, roasted red peppers, hard boiled eggs and braised in a seasoned mixture of tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and herbs
Braised Chicken with Mushrooms and Almonds
Chicken thighs (or white meat if you choose) cooked in a savory mixture of red wine, pancetta, mushrooms and herbs, thickened with an almond puree. Flavorful with moderate spice.
Rudolph Pie
A variation of traditional English Shepherd’s Pie with minced veal and pork, vegetables and porcini mushrooms simmered in a Marsala wine and tomato sauce then topped with a potato/parsnip mash and baked until golden brown.
Herb-Broiled Sea Bass with Lemon Aioli
Thick sea bass fillets broiled with bay leaves and thyme and served with a homemade mayonnaise aioli flavored with diced broiled lemons and paprika
Portobello Mushroom Lasagna
A white lasagna of homemade pasta, a savory bechamel sauce, mounds of pan-browned portobello mushrooms and parmigiano regianno
Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Apples
A succulent pork tenderloin rubbed with a combination of maple syrup, Dijon mustard and fresh rosemary. Tart Granny Smith apple slices caramelized to a deep golden, round out this dish.
